     Oil Bath for Senior Citizens in Ayurveda (Abhyanga + Snana in Vṛddhāvasthā) In Ayurveda, oil bath (Abhyanga followed by Bath) is especially recommended for elderly people (Vṛddhāvasthā).             Granthi Concept (Classical Ayurvedic Understanding) Granthi refers to a glandular or nodular swelling/encapsulation arising due to vitiation of doshas and dhatus (especially Kapha, Vata combined with Rakta/Mamsa/Meda).  Garbhashayagata Granthi signifies such growths in or around the uterus.
