Children's health is very important . Good air, light, food and the love of everyone at home are important. They should be fed when they are hungry, easily digestible, and child should not be given too much food often . Eat easily digestible foods with nutrients. A little game should be played in the morning sun. Children usually get infections of the Gastro intestinal tract and lungs.So dust free air is essential.The utensils etc. should be dipped in boiling water.Hands should be kept clean. after passing regular stools, soap should be used for cleaning. Hands should be washed before eating. After 6 months, infants need not only a mother's breast milk also a well-fed or softened family meal, 3 to 4 times a day, and little fruits or vegetable salads between every meals.
